All dogs placed through the WIley's Road Home will have health checks and will be spayed or neutered unless a medical condition exists, diagnosed by a veterinarian, that would prevent this surgery. I understand that this is a preliminary application and that there may be no dog available in rescue at this time. I understand that if a dog should become available, that I will be required to provide further information including, but not limited to, personal and veterinary references. As a foster of this rescue, I agree to abide by the policies and procedures. I understand that I will be fostering at my own risk and that the rescue, its Board of Directors, other volunteers, employees and affiliates, cannot assume any responsibility for any liability for any accident, injury or health problem which may arise from any foster work I perform for the rescue. I agree that all the work I do is on a volunteer basis and I am not eligible to receive any monetary payment or reward.
